LAST TOS UPDATE : 9/5/2025i. using my art or anything i make, commission or not, for AI or NFTs is strictly prohibited
there are no exceptions to this rule. if you break it, you will be blocked and publicly blacklistedii. i do not take commercial commissions
anything i make must be for personal uses only, HOWEVER i am okay with making art for commercially released projects such as music MV assets, game assets, promotion art, youtube video thumbnails, etciii. i do not take payment via exposure
once again there are no exceptions, i only take payment by USD via cashapp or venmo; and vary rarely in-game currencies or payments such as robux, nitro, gift cards, etc (typically limited to friends though)iv. the prices listed are not final
those are the base prices and will increase as other elements of the art are discussed, such as backgrounds, multiple characters, etc.v. there are no refunds
if you are unsatisfied in any way with what i give you, you have to communicate that issue as early on as you can so that i can fix it - after a certain point, though, major changes cannot be made (which is why i will send you frequent progress updates so you can ask for changes as i draw).
the only exception to this rule is if something happens on my end that makes me unable to finish your commission in a timely manner. in that case, you will receive a full refund!

*i can draw animals to a certain extent (although not very good at all), i will not draw them as the focus of the piece

! Please note the time I take is only an estimate and varies depending on the piece and my schedule. Pieces that take >5 hours will be stretched out to 1-2+ days due to the fact that I need breaks and I can't work for that long nonstop. !! If there's something else you're interested in that isn't here, feel free to message me and we can talk about possible prices. !

Outdated artworks are kept here if there are little to no other examples of the type of work shown.
